Introduction - Orca Wind Sail Charters & Adventures

INTRODUCTION

We are a small business that offer personalized daily or weekly skippered charters. Our charter area is primarily in the protected waters of the spectacular Strait of Georgia. Both our vessels have all the safety equipment required for an enjoyable adventure.

Our skippers, Michael Bromley (to your right) and Kathleen Sudes both have lived on the West coast of Canada all of their lives and would love to show you the coast and explain the stories and legends of the North Pacific. They are both proven sailors and are very knowledgeable in the coastal area of British Columbia.

The main vessel we charter is a 38 foot cutter rigged sloop. Her name is "Breeze Teaser", she was launched in 1994 and was originally built for offshore cruising. She is a flush deck with a raised pilothouse for great all weather viewing.

The sleeping accommodation include 2 double and 2 single berths.

The interior is beautifully finished in teak & white pine.

There is a full galley with a fridge, freezer and head with hot water showers. There is also a propane BBQ off the cockpit railing.

Arctic Loon

Our second vessel is called "Arctic Loon" and is also a 38 foot cutter rigged sloop. She has the traditional sailboat layout with a beautiful teak and oak interior.

The sleeping accommodation is also 2 double and 2 single berths. There is a spacious cockpit with tiller steering that offers a great opportunity for some true sailing.
