DESTINATIONS
Our very knowledgeable skippers can take you to destinations like Desolation Sound, the Gulf Islands, Howe Sound and the majestic Princess Louisa inlet.
	Along the way you will encounter many varieties of marine life such as seals, eagles and maybe a pod of Orcas (killer whales). We have encountered schools of Pacific white-sided dolphin who played in our bow waves and all around the vessels. Activities you can enjoy along our journey are swimming, snorkeling, fishing, hiking and kayaking (advance notice is required and extra cost applies for kayaks).	Howe Sound
If you would like to learn how to sail, you are more than welcome to take the helm and turn her into the wind, fill the sail and feel the freedom. We have a saying at Orca Wind Sail Charters "you can take the helm or just relax".

Your skippers, who have extensive knowledge on how to prepare seafood and a variety of other succulent meals do all the cooking for your enjoyment!

Below you will find samples of our West coast menu from which you can choose from. If you like seafood you will love the West coast, from barbequed salmon to steamed oysters and crabs. We also offer vegetarian options if you so desire.

We will do our best to supply you with the menus of your choice.

WEST COAST MENU:
Dinner:
Appetizers: Oyster Rockefeller or fresh Dungeness crab
- Salmon Wellington, Pacific salmon fillets baked in fillo pastry with fresh dill weed & in season vegetables
- Prime rib Oscar, Barbequed prime rib steak topped with Dungeness crab & asparagus with Béarnaise sauce & Ceasar salad

Lunch:
- West coast clam chowder with fresh bread & cheese
- Sandwiches

Breakfast:
- Fresh fruit and oven baked muffins with cereal
- Bacon & eggs
- Pancakes & French toast with Canadian maple syrup
