These rates based on 4 person / 2 beds being occupied.
Additional beds each $ 25 per night, $ 20 per night in off season.

The suite is available for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Maid service is every 3 days and once a week on a monthly stay.
Self catering, fully equipped kitchen.
Epicurean deli, grocery stores, and public market nearby.

Families will find their home away from home with nearby playgrounds, parks, swimming pools, bicycle routes along the seawall to Granville Island, Kids Only market and Science World. Guests can walk to many fine restaurants, ethnic eateries, shopping on Robson Street and evening theatre and cinema.

Conditions:

For reservations, please fill in the online form. Your reservation is guaranteed either by credit card or upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total amount to be received within 10 days of the making the reservation. Please make deposit by cheque or money order payable to Kitsilano Cottage or by direct deposit to our bank account (details provided on request.)

The balance of payment is due upon arrival to be paid by credit card, cash or certified cheque. Deposits on one week or less are refundable with cancellation 14 days prior to arrival, less a $50 processing fee.

The house is non-smoking, smoking allowed outdoors only. Well behaved children are welcome and there is pet boarding available nearby. A guest telephone is available with complimentary local calls. Long distance calls on calling card only. Guests are required to comply with local bylaws concerning parking and noise.
